We respect all IATA, Civil Aviation Agency (CAA) and customer airline requirements, focusing on efficiency and quality, so that aircraft “rotation” times are fully met.

Cabo Verde Handling guarantees at all Cabo Verde Airports and Aerodromes a personalized assistance service to any Person/Passenger with disabilities  (PWD) , due to any physical disability (sensory or motor, permanent or temporary), intellectual disability, or any other cause of disability, age or illness, and whose situation requires adequate attention when using a means of air transport.

This service should preferably be notified when purchasing the ticket at your travel agency, tour operator and/or airline, 48 hours in advance of the departure of the flight announced by the airline.

Cabo Verde Handling provides mobility aid equipment to all passengers and their specific needs.

This service includes personalized assistance on all routes in the country’s Airports and Aerodromes, accompanied, from entry to exit, in accordance with the Cape Verdean directives and regulation referred to in Dec. Law 27/2015 of May 6, amended by Dec. Law 02/2017 of January 18 directed to Persons with disabilities.

On departure, go to the PRM Assistance service desk and/or your airline’s Check-in desk, announcing your arrival and/or requesting assistance, as the operational resources will be ready to receive you, relax while being assisted in moving around the various airports.

Upon arrival, you will be immediately accompanied from your seat on the plane, passing through the airports’ priority access points, at security and passport controls, at the PRM’s luggage collection, enjoying seats created exclusively for you while you wait.  

Make sure you arrive at the airport well in advance so that the entire assistance process flows easily, smoothly and safely to your destination.

With a fleet of 430 differentiated Ground Service equipment distributed throughout Cape Verde’s Airports and Aerodromes, CV Handling’s Equipment Maintenance and Engineering Service includes workshops at the different Scales with the aim of standardizing and potentialize their skills in the various areas of action in order to have the necessary efficiency and safety in the assistance.
